Jiangsu Trade in Services Import and Export Increased by 50% in the first quarter

In the first quarter, Jiangsu trade in services import and export volume reached 2.35 billion dollars, up by 47%. The export volume was 710 million dollars, up by 42%; the import volume was 1.64 billion dollars, up by 49.3%. Trade in services export mainly concentrated on commercial service, transportation and consultation. Commercial service export volume reached 310 million dollars, accounting for 43.2%; transportation export volume reached 230 million dollars, accounting for 32.1%; consultation export volume reached 100 million dollars, accounting for 13.9%. Trade in services import mainly concentrated on commercial services, consultation, and exclusive right fee and license fee. Commercial service import volume reached 440 million dollars, accounting for 26.6%; consultation import volume reached 35 million dollars, accounting for 21.3%; exclusive right fee and license fee import volume reached 310 million dollars, accounting for 19%.
